I don't follow the NL that close. I do like Giancarlo Stanston as he is really the heart of the Marlins who are pulling in to wildcard range now. I agree about the pitchers shouldn't get doubled up on awards. The Brewers have faded so bad and Lucroy is slumping also so he can be crossed off.

I haven't started playing TTLB yet but have read through most of the game manual. I plan on starting a replay of 2011 when the weather turns cold this fall. I like the game charts for the game and the fact that they all fit on 3 pages printed front and back. I have played a similar game that involved flipping though dozens of bound chart pages and it took away from the immersion.
I haven't decided yet which team I will play out. The Orioles are my favorite, they had a really down year in 2011. I can't play as the Yankees cause they are mortal enemies. Perhaps I'll play as the Rays. They had a good team that year and it would be fun to see if I could manage them deeper into the playoffs.

I thought I had posted in this thread earlier. hmm I may be biased but the Orioles are the team everyone has to go through this year in the AL. They have opened up a 10 game lead over the Yankees and are rolling just at the right time! All my friends are sick and tired of the Yankees and RedSox every year. Hopefully the O's can go deep into the playoffs.
